1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing store.solifein.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from this website. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate, current and complete information — particularly your delivery address and phone number. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or are used abusively.

5. Products and descriptions

We try to describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients, weights, sizes and usage. Even so, colours may appear different on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time as suppliers update it. Minor variation between the image and the item received is not a defect.

Some products sold on this website are manufactured and supplied by third-party brand partners. Where that is the case, the manufacturer, licence details and country of origin are stated on the product label and listing.

7. Pricing and availability

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice.

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. Where this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are not obliged to fulfil an order placed at an obviously erroneous price.

8. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not by itself constitute acceptance — a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, delivery is not serviceable, verification fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of promotions.

Discount codes are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, apply to a limited period, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Payment

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery where available. Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not receive or store your complete card details or UPI PIN. You confirm that any payment instrument you use belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

10. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to: break any law; place fraudulent, speculative or bulk orders for resale without our written consent; abuse discount codes or the returns process; scrape, copy or republish our content; introduce malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or harass our staff or delivery partners.

12. Intellectual property

The SoLifeIN name, logo, brand elements, website design, text, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to SoLifeIN Solutions Private Limited and protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and product marks shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Reviews and submissions

We publish reviews from verified purchases. By submitting a review, photo, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business.

You confirm the content is your own, honest and not misleading. We do not publish fake, incentivised-but-undisclosed, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content, and we may remove any submission that breaches these terms. We may also remove reviews making medical claims we cannot substantiate.

14. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SoLifeIN Solutions Private Limited, its directors and employees against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, power or internet failure.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside, the courts at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. The terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.
